The aim of the ArchReSci (Architecture-Research-Science) conference series is to present the latest methods, techniques, and approaches to conducting research not only within the broad discipline of architecture and urban planning, but also in related fields such as heritage conservation, history, socio-economic geography, spatial management, and all other areas whose representatives study the city, architecture, and monuments.

The conference has a methodological character and is intended to foster reflection on new methods and techniques of research, theoretical and experimental explorations, as well as on the integration of established scientific methods from various disciplines into the analysis and design of the built environment. ArchReSci will provide an opportunity to present the results of experiments, analyses, and studies carried out using innovative research techniques.

An important goal of the conference is also to facilitate the exchange of ideas and experiences between Polish and international academic communities, and to promote new approaches to research on architecture and urban planning.

The organisers are open to a wide range of topics proposed for presentations and discussions, while suggesting several thematic areas related to: urban morphology, the use of artificial intelligence (AI), quantitative and qualitative research methods, statistical and correlation analyses, multi-criteria analysis, and the “research by design” approach. We also invite contributions from researchers working in the fields of photogrammetry, programming and architectural design, 3D modelling and scanning, virtual reality (VR), IT tools, and other innovative methods used in architectural and urban studies. Young researchers and doctoral students are particularly welcome to participate.
